Shane is a commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over the past few years, Shane has taken his experience and knowledge and applied it to selling commercial real estate after decades of commercial appraisal.  With a deep understanding of property valuation, demographics, and market trends, Shane will help you get the highest price for your property.

In 1996, Shane earned a Master of Arts in Economics with an emphasis in Urban Economics from the University of Missouri Kansas City.  Shane is also a designated member of the Appraisal Institute.  This designation requires the highest level of achievement to obtain, and is seen as the pinnacle designation in the field.

After his Bachelor of Arts in Agricultural Economics in 1992 from Southwest Missouri State University, he immediately entered the appraisal field as a commercial real estate appraiser with a focus on industrial, multi-family, office, commercial, and special use properties.
